Reiki Training
Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that aids in healing. It is passed on through a sacred ceremony that activates a unique connection to the healing life force energy of the universe. There are no pre-requisites to learning reiki besides the desire to heal oneself and share with others.
Reiki Level 1 Certification
In this 1-day training you will be introduced to the world of energy medicine and begin to explore your own relationship with your energy field and it's healing potential. We will discuss:
* History of Reiki
* The fundamentals of working with energy for healing
* How does it heal? What can it help with?
* Chakras, nadis, auras, subtle energy
* The power of intention and ceremony
You will receive a reiki attunement that is a powerful healing, and will allow you to channel the frequency of this healing energy. With level 1 training, you can practice Reiki on yourself as well as family, friends, pets, plants, and infusing reiki into crystals, food, etc. This attunement helps deepen your connection to self and spirit.
Class cost: $150 (pay in full, or $50 deposit due by Apr 26th)

Reiki Level 1 and 2 Reattunement
In this 1-day training we will review Level 1 and Level 2 training, and you will be re-attuned to the Reiki energy.
This can be helpful if you went through my training but would like a refresher to inspire you to begin using Reiki, or before proceeding to Level 3 Master training. This is also available for students who have trained with other teachers and would like to learn from someone new.

Reiki Level 2 Certification
In this 1 day training we discuss:
* The symbols that carry reiki energy
* Dynamics of giving and receiving
* Boundaries and your role as a ‘healer’
* Consent, legalities, and what it looks like as a profession,
* What happens before, during, and after a session
You will receive the level 2 attunement that allows you to practice reiki on others both in person and remotely. We will review techniques and hand placements, and we will begin practicing with the energy.
This next level of experience will allow you to channel a greater frequency of healing energy, and will support you on your path and in your own healing.

Reiki Level 3 Certification
In this 1 day training you will receive the final Master symbol, attuning you to the highest level of Traditional Usui Reiki Energy. We will review the foundations of what it means to practice energywork as well as learn advanced level concepts and techniques that can amplify your practice.
