Abdominal Massage

Abdominal Massage - 2hr appointment. This massage focuses solely on the abdomen, including the breathing muscles and the pelvis. Based on the Thai tradition, the treatment works layer by layer on a structural, energetic, and emotional level to remove restrictions and allow optimal flow of lymph, blood, nerves, and energy to our vital organs. This treatment can have a subtle or powerful impact on many illnesses, not limited to all things digestive, menstrual and reproductive related, low back and pelvic pain, headaches, migraines, and more. Can be a very meditative and relaxing experience.

You may eat a small meal one to two hours before your session. While being worked on, you might experience some gurgling in your belly, as well awareness of your pulse and visceral sensations not usually noticed. After your massage drink plenty of water, take a hot Epsom salts bath, and rest.
