Reiki Certification and Attunement - Level 1

In this 1-day training you will be introduced to the world of energy medicine and begin to explore your own relationship with your energy field and it's healing potential. We will discuss:

• History of Reiki
• The fundamentals of working with energy for healing
• How does it heal? What can it help with?
• Chakras, nadis, auras, subtle energy
• The power of intention and ceremony

You will receive a reiki attunement that will allow you to channel a greater frequency of healing energy. With level 1 Reiki training, you can practice self-healing as well as working with family, friends, pets, plants, and infusing reiki into crystals and other objects.

Class cost: $150 ($50 due at registration)

Included in cost - Reiki 1st and 2nd degree Manual by William Lee Rand and class material

Additional Information: Part of class will be experiential exercises, one of which will be done seated on the floor. Bring any comfort items you would like. Bring pen and notebook, water, and a snack or lunch per your needs. You will receive an email with suggested preparation instructions.
