Mandi Degner, Psychotherapist and trained Breathwork Facilitator, and Shay Vetterman, Bodywork and Energywork Practitioner have teamed up to create a container for you to work with the alchemy of your sacred breath. We will begin with meditation and intentions followed by conscious connected breath and space for integration of your experience.

Suggested exchange is $45. If you have a financial hardship please reach out as we have a few spots available for you

**Please bring any mat, blankets and/or pillows you might need to be comfortable for sitting and lying on the floor in circle.

Class is limited to 15 people, so reserve your spot today!

MORE INFO ABOUT THERAPEUTIC BREATHWORK

Breathwork is an active meditation that uses the breath as a vehicle to release emotional debris out of the body and nervous system. It can help you become present and connected to your body and your deeper self, open the heart and break patterns that are no longer serving your process.

Therapeutic breathwork can be a deep dive into exploring the vastness of your essential self, releasing limiting beliefs and traumas and unlocking self-love, acceptance, intuition, creativity, freedom and peace.  By deepening into the contraction and expansion of our breath, we connect with the pulse of life.

This powerful vehicle of life and healing - the breath - is always with us. When we bring conscious attention and control to it, we can experience major shifts. The movement of the breath can lift us if we are stuck and depressed, or center us if we are scattered and chaotic. We enter this practice as a curious and loving witness to our experience, eager to know ourselves more fully, to know our truth, and to know peace and love.
