Breathwork Circle

Join us for an intimate group breathwork experience. Whether you are new to breathwork or its a regular practice for you, breathing together is a special opportunity to heal in community. 

Mandi Degner, Psychotherapist and trained Breathwork Facilitator, and Shay Vetterman, Bodywork and Energywork Practitioner are teaming up to create a container for you to work with the alchemy of your sacred breath. We will begin with meditation and intentions followed by conscious connected breath and space for integration of your experience.
